How is the package price determined?
Package prices are negotiated directly between senders and travelers. Factors that typically influence the price include package size, weight, value, route popularity, and urgency.
When do I pay the service fee?
For senders, the 5% commission is added to your total payment when you book a traveler. For travelers, the 5% service fee is deducted from your earnings when you receive payment after successful delivery.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we're completely transparent about our pricing. You'll only pay the agreed package price plus our commission (for senders) or receive the agreed amount minus our service fee (for travelers).
How do refunds work?
If a traveler cancels before pickup, you'll receive a full refund. If issues arise during delivery, our customer support team will help resolve the situation, which may include partial or full refunds depending on the circumstances.
